INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITY AT THE ANTI-DEFAMATION LEAGUE

A chance to work with professionals at one of the country’s premier human relations civil rights organizations. The Anti-Defamation League is dedicated to stopping the defamation of the Jewish people and to securing justice and fair treatment for all.

ADL’s Library, Archives and Research Center is looking for an energetic, creative MLS candidate to fill an internship position in cataloging and archives. The position is unpaid, but we will work with your university to ensure you receive credit toward the degree. Hours will be mutually agreed upon. ADL is located in midtown Manhattan.

Special projects include:

  • Taxonomy development
  • Archival preservation and organization
  • Participation in the selection and installation of new library software
  • Cataloging using LC classification
  • Designing systems for special collections
